Include your company or group name, preferred dates, number of rooms, adults, children’s ages, meal plan and transport requirements. Specify accommodation only or a package request.
Use the reservation form and select Trade or group. Include your company name in the message so our reservations team can identify the request.
Confirm terms before you sell.
Availability, net or commission terms, release periods, payment deadlines and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing. An enquiry does not hold inventory.
Use the agreed room descriptions and inclusions in guest proposals. Do not promise a specific sighting or an activity, transfer or private facility unless confirmed. Each package quote must name its contracting seller.
