Are transfers and park fees included? Only where your written quote explicitly includes them.
Does an enquiry reserve a room? No. The reservations team confirms availability, payment requirements and your booking.
Can I book for children? Share each child’s exact age at travel and confirm room suitability and pricing in writing.
