Know the details before you book.
An enquiry starts a conversation. It does not hold a room or confirm a booking.
Your written quote should include:
- Travel dates, room category, beds and maximum occupancy.
- Traveller ages and any rate eligibility documents required.
- Currency, taxes, total cost and quote validity.
- Meals, drinks, park fees, transfers, game drives and exclusions.
- The contracting seller, including any package or transport provider.
- Payment recipient, deposit, balance deadline and cancellation or amendment terms.
- Special requests explicitly accepted by the camp.
Confirm, then travel.
Follow the written payment instructions and obtain booking confirmation from the reservations team. Before setting out, confirm current route, gate and arrival guidance.
